About the position
We're hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer for our Platform team, which owns every application in the company: the products our customers use and the internal tools we run on. This is a remote position.
Wide surface, small team, real say in what gets built. You'll own features end to end — refinement with Product and QA, Angular front end, Node services, AWS pipelines, deploy, and production afterwards.
Responsibilities
- Own features end to end, from refinement with Product and QA through to production
- Build and maintain Angular front ends, including shared components used across multiple applications
- Develop back-end services in Node (NestJS or equivalent)
- Design and build AWS data and processing pipelines
- Own deployment and production — monitoring, debugging, and improving what you ship
- Build and maintain CI/CD, and automate the repetitive parts of the work
- Design solutions that scale, and keep documentation accurate as you go
- 5+ years of full-stack experience with genuine depth on both sides
- Deep JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals, and real client-side knowledge — not just a framework
- Strong Angular at current versions, plus a shared component library or design system you've built across more than one app
- Strong back end — NestJS or equivalent
- Real AWS skill: Lambda, Step Functions, SQS, MongoDB, Redis, OpenSearch, Athena
- Experience with monorepos and CI/CD you've built yourself
- At home in production
- Excellent English and the confidence to talk to anyone on the team
- Excellent with AI tooling — using it at every stage of the work, automating the repetitive parts, and keeping documentation accurate as a by-product.

Skills Required
- 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with depth in front-end and back-end development
- Deep JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals with strong client-side knowledge
- Strong Angular experience with current versions
- Experience building shared component libraries or design systems across multiple applications
- Strong back-end development experience with NestJS or equivalent
- AWS experience, including Lambda, Step Functions, SQS, MongoDB, Redis, OpenSearch, and Athena
- Experience building monorepos and CI/CD systems
- Production ownership, including monitoring, debugging, deployment, and optimization
- Excellent English communication skills and confidence collaborating across the team
- Proficiency with AI tooling throughout the software development lifecycle
- React experience
