Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Laravel, PHP, Vue.js)

Seismic is building an influencer marketing platform that specializes in connecting creators and brands to build high-performance influencer marketing campaigns.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a strong foundation in PHP (Laravel) and Vue.js to join our experienced product development team in moving our platform into the future. 

In this role you will be delivering impactful features to our existing platform and help drive the adoption of AI across our platform as well as into our development practices. 

An ideal candidate for this role will have a strong track record in delivering high value/high impact features, a startup mindset and practical experience in adopting AI into applications.

The Seismic product development team operates as a distributed organization. This role can be based out of Brazil or Argentina. This is a contractor position, working on a dedicated project.

• Work alongside our existing Agile product development team to deliver features to our core influencer marketing platform
• Own end-to-end feature development from backend architecture through front-end user interface
• Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards
• Maintain and improve existing platform functionality and test coverage by applying best practices to improve performance and reliability
• Leverage AI to create unique technology solutions to complex problems facing our team, brands and creators
• Provide valuable perspective into feature planning alongside our product and design leads
• Be a self-starter who works independently to deliver valuable features that meet project deadlines

• 6+ years of PHP (Laravel), SQL and Vue.js or similar JS frameworks experience
• Experience with RESTful API development and consumption
• Have worked intimately with external API’s (YouTube a plus)
• Comfortable working with AWS performing devops related tasks
• Have a strong grasp on integrating with AI APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic
• Experience in a collaborative fast-moving remote Agile environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Startup experience a plus

This is a Full Time Remote Contractor position.
