We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java/Spring Boot on the backend and React.js on the frontend. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the entire stack, from building RESTful APIs and data models to creating responsive, user-friendly UI components, and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software. Resource should be AI builder and should be having good knowledge of AI building tools like codex copilot GPT and other Azure AI services to automate and improve the existing process.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs / microservices, ensuring performance, security, and scalability
  • Develop responsive and reusable UI components using React, Redux/Context API, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Design and optimize relational/NoSQL database schemas (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and write efficient queries
  • Integrate frontend applications with backend services and third-party APIs
  • Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests (JUnit, Mockito, Jest, React Testing Library) to ensure code quality
  • Participate in code reviews, follow coding standards, and maintain clean, well-documented code
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues across the stack
  • Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and support containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Ensure application security best practices (authentication, authorization, input validation, OWASP guidelines)
  • Monitor application performance and optimize for scalability and reliability
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to architecture and tooling

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Solid hands-on experience with Java (8/11/17) and Spring Framework / Spring Boot (Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security)
  • Experience with unit/integration testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Jest, Cypress/Selenium)
  • Knowledge of containerization and CI/CD tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
  • Solid understanding of relational databases
  • Familiarity with build tools (Maven/Gradle, npm/yarn) and version control (Git)
  • Proficiency in React.js, including Hooks, component lifecycle, state management (Redux/Context API), and modern JavaScript (ES6+)/TypeScript
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
    Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Proven good communication skills and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs; familiarity with GraphQL
  • (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle) and SQL; experience with NoSQL databases
  • Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering
  • Experience mentoring junior developers
  • Knowledge of application monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, New Relic)
  • Understanding of microservices architecture, message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and API gateways
  • Proven exposure to serverless architecture
