Growth engineering at Fanvue exists to move core product metrics fast. This role focuses on shipping experiments, loops, and product improvements that directly impact creator activation, fan conversion, and long-term retention.
🎯 The Role
We’re hiring a Full Stack Engineer to work on Fanvue’s Growth streams. You’ll partner closely with Product, Design, Data, and Marketing to design, ship, and iterate on high-impact experiments across acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention.
This is a highly execution-focused role for someone who enjoys moving quickly, testing ideas in production, and turning insights into shipped product.
🚀 What You’ll Do
Design, build, and ship growth experiments across signup, onboarding, activation, and retention flows
Own end-to-end features from idea through implementation, measurement, and iteration
Build and refine growth loops such as referrals, sharing mechanics, and viral surfaces
Run A/B and multivariate tests and analyse results to inform next steps
Partner closely with Product and Design to prioritise and scope experiments
Improve performance and reliability of growth-critical user journeys
Use analytics and data tools to guide technical and product decisions
Continuously identify and remove friction in creator and fan funnels
👀 Who You Are
Strong full stack engineering experience with a bias toward shipping
Comfortable working across frontend and backend systems
Experience with modern web stacks such as TypeScript, Node.js, React, and relational databases
Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, analytics tools, and funnel metrics
Comfortable working in ambiguity with a strong bias toward action
Data-informed and outcome-driven, not just feature-focused
Clear communicator who collaborates well with product, design, and growth partners
