Role: Senior Full Stack Engineer – AI & Next.js

Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in AI/LLM integration, modern Next.js development, and distributed systems architecture. The ideal candidate is an AI-first developer who actively uses tools like Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code to accelerate development and help drive AI engineering best practices across the team.
Key Requirements
AI / LLM Integration (Must Have)
- Hands-on experience integrating OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLMs into production applications.
- Experience with:
- Prompt engineering
- Streaming responses
- Confidence scoring and evaluation
- Hallucination mitigation
- Human-in-the-loop workflows
- Agentic AI solutions
- Active user of AI coding tools such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.
- Ability to establish AI-driven development workflows and best practices.
Architecture & System Design
- Strong architectural mindset with the ability to design scalable systems and justify technical decisions.
- Experience building cloud-native, distributed applications.
Event-Driven Architecture
- Hands-on experience with Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar messaging technologies.
- Strong understanding of asynchronous workflows and event-driven systems.
Database Design
- Experience designing solutions using Cosmos DB, MongoDB, or other document databases.
- Strong understanding of NoSQL data modeling and scalability patterns.
Next.js (Must Have)
- Proven experience with Next.js, including:
- App Router
- Server Components
- Server Actions
- React experience alone is not sufficient.
Preferred
- Experience with Azure cloud services.
- Exposure to AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
- Strong mentoring and technical leadership skills.

Skills Required
- 10+ years of experience
