We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our cutting-edge Issuer platform. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot to design, build, and deliver innovative solutions for a leading financial institution. You will work in a collaborative and agile environment, leading by example and mentoring junior developers, while contributing to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, with a primary focus on backend development. Experience with front-end technologies like Angular is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and performant Java-based applications using Spring Boot, taking ownership of critical components and features.
- Lead technical discussions and contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap for the Issuer platform.
- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and development.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and other engineers to translate complex business requirements into robust and elegant technical solutions.
- Drive the adoption of modern software development best practices, including code reviews, testing methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proactively identify and address technical challenges, proposing innovative solutions and mitigating potential risks.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong background in professional software development with a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with Angular or other modern front-end frameworks
- Deep understanding of object-oriented design principles, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Extensive experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
- Proven ability to design and implement complex systems, with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience mentoring junior developers.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
