About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Developer to join our team. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a passion for building scalable, high-quality systems. You will work across the stack, lead technical discussions, and mentor engineers while delivering robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, React, and Next.js.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment.
• Drive technical design discussions, review code, and unblock engineers to ensure timely delivery.
• Architect systems following clean code principles, design patterns, and best practices for scalability and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.
• Ensure security best practices and implement observability and monitoring strategies.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth through knowledge sharing and leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, React, Next.js, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of system architecture, clean code principles, and scalable system design.
• Proficient in version control (Git) and testing methodologies (unit & integration testing).
• Expertise in Amazon Web Services (ECS/Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFront, IAM).
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL (schema design, migrations, optimization).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or similar.
• Experience with Docker and container orchestration.
• Knowledge of observability & monitoring practices (Grafana experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of security best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor teams.
