A Day in the Life:
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Angular and Node.js (NestJS) to architect, build, and optimize scalable, high-performing web applications. This role requires strong proficiency across frontend and backend development, cloud-native engineering, and modern AI-supported workflows. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, follows engineering best practices, and consistently delivers high-quality, testable code.
- Design and develop new features across the full stack using Angular 19+, Node.js/NestJS, and TypeScript.
- Build and maintain microservices that support scalable, cloud-native applications.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering peers to clarify requirements, propose solutions, and plan upcoming work.
- Architect and implement backend services and APIs that integrate with MongoDB, Postgres, and various external systems.
- Deploy and manage applications in the AWS cloud using modern containerization and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Docker and Terraform.
- Integrate AI/LLM models into existing systems using APIs, including prompt development and refinement for NLP-based features.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions that influence engineering direction and best practices.
- Write high-quality unit tests to validate functionality, improve reliability, and ensure long-term maintainability.
- Use tools like Cursor or Claude Code to boost productivity, accelerate development, and improve code quality.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and make recommendations for optimization and scalability.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across architecture, tooling, automation, and development workflows.
