Position: Senior Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to design, develop, test, and support enterprise-grade applications within a modern technology environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements and technical specifications into scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and technical specifications into scalable, secure, and fully tested full-stack applications.
  
• Develop detailed technical designs and programming specifications.
  
• Write, review, and maintain clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
  
• Build and enhance data-driven applications and backend services.
  
• Design and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies.
  
• Develop modern, responsive frontend components using React and/or Angular.
  
• Develop robust backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
  
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, testing, and production environments.
  
• Support application deployment, data migration, and system integration activities.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams through code reviews, design sessions, and Agile ceremonies.
  
• Ensure solutions meet security, performance, scalability, and accessibility standards.
  
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and standards.
  
• Provide technical support for implementation, system integration, data conversion, and migration activities.
  

Required Qualifications

• Experience in programming and systems analysis within enterprise application environments.
  
• Strong ability to collaborate with IT professionals across the SDLC.
  
• Experience in application design, modern design patterns, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  
• Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting applications.
  
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming and modern scripting languages.
  
• Experience with relational database technologies and SQL development.
  
• Experience building and supporting data-driven applications.
  
• Experience working with API-based and web applications using REST and HTTP protocols.
  
• Experience with structured development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
  
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  
• Experience in application deployment and environment management.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  

Mandatory Technical Skills

• 10+ years of experience developing n-tier enterprise applications.
  
• Expertise in application architecture, design patterns, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  
• Strong experience with JPA or Hibernate and Spring Boot Framework.
  
• Advanced database design and SQL development experience.
  
• Expertise in PostgreSQL, PL/pgSQL, and Azure Cosmos DB.
  
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React and Angular.
  
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience building cloud-native, internet-facing applications.
  
• Agile development experience including Scrum, User Stories, Continuous Integration, and test automation.
  
• Experience with middleware, API gateways, or integration services.
  
• Experience facilitating design walkthroughs and technical discussions.
  
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to contribute to technical leadership and quality assurance activities.
