Senior Full Stack Developer

You must be able to leverage technology and AI tools to eliminate manual toil and internal friction, while maintaining absolute assurance in system reliability, security, and performance to ultimately serve customers better and faster.

• Architectural Excellence: Utilize Spec Driven Development (SDD) to ensure all features are well-architected, scalable, and documented before execution.

• Product Development: Design, build, ship, and maintain high-quality software products, collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional UI/UX and reliable functionality.

• Intelligent Automation: Proactively identify opportunities to automate manual processes across the engineering lifecycle, using AI and custom tooling to increase velocity without compromising system integrity.

• Teamwork: Constantly collaborate with team members across product, design, and engineering to ship quality features and maintain software platforms. Actively provide feedback and opinions during problem definition and solutioning.

• Scalable Architecture & Maintenance: Drive long-term platform growth by designing modular, extensible architectures while maintaining high code quality through rigorous peer reviews, proactively addressing security vulnerabilities, and optimizing for performance.

• Full Stack Expertise: 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer delivering software products, with at least 3 years focused on full-time web development.

• Design & Documentation: Proven ability to utilize Spec Driven Development (SDD), translating complex requirements into clear technical blueprints.

• Automation Mindset: Demonstrated experience in automating workflows, testing, or deployments, with a focus on maintaining high-assurance environments.

• Technical Proficiency: Experience building and shipping high-quality web applications through the whole Software Development Life Cycle.

• Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS), containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and Vertex AI (Google).

• Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to facilitate workshops and guide cross-functional sessions.

• Languages & Frameworks: Ruby on Rails, NodeJS, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Go, and Python

• Testing: RSpec, Jest, Cypress

• SDD Tools: Openspec

• Coding Assistants: AI coding agents, Model Context Protocol (MCP), AGENTS.md

• Data & Ops: PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and various data processing tools

• CI/CD: Tekton, GitHub Actions
