Senior Full Stack (Java+Kotlin+React) Developer

Full-stack professionals build the front-end and back-end design of websites and software applications. They create design plans for the user-facing side of applications, which controls look, feel, and function.
They also structure the back part of an application, which manages programme logic and server database interaction. A Senior full-stack professional is trained to understand what is going on between these two interfaces and possesses the variety of software skills needed to work on both. People with a strong desire to learn a multitude of technologies and programming languages with a can-do attitude will thrive in this role. Full-stack professionals are problem-solvers, working in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment alongside other engineers.
FULL STACK DEVELOPER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement backend services using Kotlin or Java.
• Collaborate with frontend developers or implement frontend features in React.
• Develop APIs and integrate with front-end and third-party systems.
• Participate in proof of concepts (PoCs) and assist in complex feature development.
• Ensure scalability, maintainability, and security of backend systems.
• Write unit and integration tests for backend components.
• Collaborate with DevOps to ensure smooth deployments.

FULL STACK DEVELOPER REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years of experience.
• Graduate of a systems engineering degree or similar.
• Hands-on experience with Kotlin or Java.
• Experience with Quarkus or Spring Boot frameworks.
• Strong experience with React, including hooks, state management, and component-based architecture.
• Familiarity with TypeScript, modern CSS frameworks, and responsive design principles.
• Experience integrating React with backend APIs (REST and GraphQL).
• Strong knowledge of micro-frontends.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with Reactive Programming paradigms.
• Familiarity with Kafka and event-driven architecture.
• Strong knowledge of microservices and API design.
• Knowledge of frontend build tools, testing frameworks, and performance optimization.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization.
• Ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies.
• Experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI tools for coding.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
