Where does this role fit in our vision?
Every role at our company is designed with a clear purpose—to integrate collective efforts into our shared success, functioning as pieces of a collective brain. We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer who will build high-scale products that directly impact and bring value to our users.
What will you be responsible for?
- Being part of a squad, working in an agile environment, using mainly Node.js
- Analyzing requirements, designing solutions, debating them with the team, and implementing them to bring impact
- Working with BAs to understand data impact and making decisions based on it
- Ensuring quality by developing the corresponding tests
- Providing technical solutions for business needs
- Working on a product that is facing large numbers of end users
- Identifying performance issues and designing solutions
- Deploying using CI/CD to our microservices environment
- Innovating by sharing new techniques or technologies you’ve learned
Here’s what we need from you:
- 5+ years of experience as a Backend developer
- Experience with NodeJS / Python / ElasticSearch / Kafka - Advantage
- 3+ years of experience as a Frontend developer - React/Vue/Angular
- Experience writing tests (Unit, component, functional, end to end)
- Experience with Sql and noSql DB’s (such as mysql, postgres, MongoDB)
- A team player. Working in a team of engineers, debating, analyzing and creating the architecture of the solutions for the requirements presented by the product manager of the squad.
- Proactive Problem solver. We work in a fast paced environment, with agile methodologies where you will be challenged every day to bring the best solution for complex problems.
- Results-driven. You have a can-do approach, a passion for learning new technologies, and a drive to exceed your goals.
- Communicative. As we are organized on squads you will daily interact with product managers, designers, analysts and engineers. This requires capabilities to explain in different ways the same solution to different people.
- Data-driven thinker. Follow up your deployments at production, measure the impact through BI reports and propose changes to be on a continuous improvement process.
- Learner. Bring innovation to the team by learning different technologies or techniques that can be applied at the team or company.
- Focused on impact. Do what you do with passion, think about the product and what’s the best for it.
- AI-savvy, comfortable working with AI tools and staying ahead of emerging trends
- Experienced in leveraging AI tools and techniques to boost development velocity, optimize performance, and deliver higher-quality solutions.

- Experience with large scale web systems
- Experience with RabbitMQ / Kafka
- Experience with Kubernetes & Docker
- Experience with event sourcing
