Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team remotely.
Our client is a leading cloud contact center platform offering advanced tools for call routing, analytics, and automation. The Voice Client team delivers crucial voice call capabilities for our customer call/contact center solutions. Our focus is on smooth and high audio quality to enhance the customer experience. We develop native applications for Mac OS and Windows OS, as well as web-based applications using the latest web technologies. Our direct interaction with customers allows us to promptly address their concerns and use their feedback to continually improve the product for an exceptional customer experience and added business value.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions, ensuring their high performance and reliability.
- Focus full-stack development efforts on the design and implementation of back-end logic and features for voice solutions as well as web applications supporting.
- Utilize Java and the Spring Boot 3.2.x framework to build robust back-end services and APIs (microservices).
- Deploy applications using Google Cloud Platform services, ensuring optimal cloud solutions.
- Conduct debugging and troubleshooting using relevant tools to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges associated with large-scale systems.
- Maintain a positive and self-motivated approach, taking ownership of projects and tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of industry experience in software development with focus on VoIP systems.
- Strong expertise in full-stack development, with a proven track record in designing and building back-end logic for web applications with microservices architecture.
- Proficient in Java, with a solid understanding of the Spring Boot 3.2.x framework.
- Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform services.
- Skilled in front-end development using React.js to create dynamic web applications.
- Strong background in database management, including experience with data stores, relational databases, and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, utilizing relevant tools effectively.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems and contribute to large-scale systems.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.
- Positive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
Nice to have:
- Good understanding of VOIP protocols like SIP, RTP, RTCP, and WebRTC.
- Familiar with MFE and single-spa framework
- Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines, and applying best practices for security/compliance, observability, and monitoring in a DevOps environment.
- Experience in database optimization and design of highly available and scalable data architecture.
- Experience with Contact Centre, IVR, Virtual Agents, and telecommunications service providers is advantageous.
