Senior Full Stack Developer (Django + Python + React) (100% remote)

Role Overview:

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our Django and React applications, empowering brands and PR Professionals to drive press coverage more efficiently. Our email outreach tool incorporates cutting-edge features tailored to the PR industry, enabling the identification of ideal contacts and providing valuable analytics to monitor engagement across various journalist verticals.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on the development of frontend features using React to enhance user experiences.
• Work on our serverless application, managing restful endpoints.
• Contribute to our task queue application, processing tens of thousands of events per minute.
• Collaborate with a small, agile remote team to deliver high-quality code promptly.
• Wear multiple hats when needed, ensuring efficient project delivery without compromising work-life balance.
• Collaborate with product and customer success teams in order to build great features.

About You:

• 4+ years of experience in full-stack web application development (Python, Django, JavaScript, React, HTML, MySQL, etc.).
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing scalable, performant, and secure application architectures.
• Experience with building scalable task queues using Celery or similar technologies.
• Proven experience with AWS, specifically Lambda and API Gateway.
• Proficiency in working with RESTful web services and relational databases.
• Strong knowledge of version control systems and automated testing.
• Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
• Willing to overlap at least 4 hours per day with US EST business hours

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Elasticsearch.
• Previous exposure to SaaS environments or the ad tech industry.
• Deep experience with openAI.
