We are seeking a hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and support enterprise-scale applications using modern full-stack technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular/React, Cloud Technologies, and AI-assisted development practices. This role requires end-to-end ownership of application delivery, from architecture and development through deployment and production support.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop scalable, cloud-ready applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Build modern web applications using Angular and/or React with TypeScript.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and event-driven services using Kafka and messaging platforms.
- Implement caching and performance optimization solutions using Redis and Hazelcast.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, AI coding assistants, GenAI platforms) to improve engineering productivity and code quality.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architecture, QA, DevOps, and Business stakeholders in Agile teams.
- Drive application modernization, automation, observability, and engineering best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership across the team.
- 8+ years of software development experience with at least 5 years in full-stack development.

- Experience with Azure and/or AWS Cloud platforms.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
- Knowledge of API Security, OAuth2, JWT, and Zero Trust principles.
- Experience building AI-enabled applications using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Vector Databases, or AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or Prometheus.
- Banking or Financial Services experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ownership mindset with focus on delivery, quality, and reliability.
- Ability to influence technical direction and drive engineering excellence.
- Effective communicator capable of working with global teams and senior stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of relevant experience
- Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
- Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
- Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
