We are building a cross-platform mobile app suite for diverse Government clients, to be deployed on a wide spectrum of devices in iOS, Android and Windows platforms. Responsibilities 

  • Design and build mobile solutions to support users’ mission-critical requirements. 
  • Work on all layers of the mobile application (backend, data, GUI, middle). 
  • Work with a talented cross-functional team of engineers, testers, and domain experts to design, build, and test new mobile solutions for government customers. 
  • Support end users by creating innovative solutions for distributing mobile apps and data to unique device configurations.

Requirements

  • MUST BE A US CITIZEN. 
  • MUST BE ABLE TO OBTAIN A GOVERNMENT PROCESSED CLEARANCE. Fingerprint processing will occur onsite Day 1. 
  • Must be able to travel to the GXM office in Arlington, VA as needed and to other areas of Virginia/Maryland for testing with the client (estimated to be quarterly). 
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. 
  • 6+ years of professional experience in any modern Object Oriented language like C#, C++, or Java (or comparable experience with cross-platform mobile development tools such as .NET MAUI/Xamarin Forms). 
  • 3+ years of professional experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or SQLite, with expertise in writing complex SQL queries. 
  • Experience with agile/scrum software development methodology. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to understand architecture concepts for technical solutioning. 

Preferred 

  • Extensive .NET/C# development experience. 
  • 3+ years of proven mobile development experience. 
  • Published one or more apps to app store(s). 
  • Deep experience with mobile technology. 
  • Experience with Microsoft .NET MAUI. 
  • Experience with frameworks for developing mobile apps across multiple platforms (e.g., .NET MAUI/Xamarin, Flutter, React Native, Ionic, KMP, or Electron). 
  • Experience with Blazor, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 
  • Experience with PowerShell and Python scripting. 
  • Experience with WPF application development. 
  • Experience with writing C# unit tests (NUnit). 
  • Experience with Continuous Integration/Development practices and technologies. 
  • Experience with automated testing procedures and frameworks. 
  • Experience/familiarity with practices and procedures for handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). 
  • Active Secret Clearance or above preferred. 

 $120,000 - $160,000 salary + annual bonus eligibility + medical/dental/vision/STD/LTD/Life + 401(k) + PTO
