If you have a passion for operations, data, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment, we want you to join us as our Senior Fulfillment Coordinator (w/m/d). Your role will be to further develop our distribution ensuring a positive customer order Fulfillment process.

In this role you are expected to run daily operations while being detail oriented. You engage in planning & continuous improvement activities. You will have ownership of your own domain within the customer fulfilment process and you stay cool and professional in escalated situations. This role is an ideal step to becoming a supply chain professional with lots of room for personal development and initiatives. You will report to the Head of Customer Fulfillment EMEA.

The Job:

  • Manage the daily operations together with other team members
  • Monitor performance, communicate with internal customers and resolve any issues
  • Follow established fulfilment processes internally and externally
  • Own your own domain within the customer fulfilment team task overview 
  • Manage and create system records for inbound and outbound product flow, engage in planning activities
  • Manage inventory management, cycle counting, and inventory accuracy efforts
  • Follow up on customer complaints and RMA’s
  • Support our customer teams to provide best-in-class service
  • Monitor and manage global and regional transportation activities
  • Create, defend, develop and implement your own strategic initiatives for continuous improvement
  • Collect data for strategic decision-making & business case/projects
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders in order to drive improvements

You:

  • Have a passion for operations, warehousing or transportation
  • Understand freight shipping and logistics
  • Have an ability to work with cross-functional teams to get results
  • Can create a positive customer experience while maintaining efficiency
  • Are driven to take an extra step to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Are flexible to work with colleagues in different timezones
  • Are proficient in spreadsheet and database usage
  • Are comfortable multitasking and managing competing priorities
  • Have strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
  • Communicate on a professional level in English
  • Are ambitious to become a supply chain professional
  • Have 1-2 years of relevant work experience in direct supply chain or similar 

Bonus Skills:

  • Have a master's in a related field from a highly reputable university
  • Experience in working with or for a third-party logistics provider
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems
  • Experience in Finance and/or Accounting
  • Experience with LTL freight shipping
  • Data processing/visualization
  • Familiarity with Google Suite
  • Ability to speak any other European language
  • Passion for 3D printing and emerging technologies
  • Experience in rapidly-growing startup environments
