All about the role:
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team. You will take ownership of key frontend initiatives, contribute to platform architecture, and help shape the user experience of our digital products. You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to build scalable, performant, and maintainable applications using modern web technologies.
A Typical Day
- Drive frontend excellence: Lead the implementation of complex features and enhancements across our web platforms.
- Collaborate across teams: Partner with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-quality, intuitive user experiences.
- Shape technical direction: Contribute to frontend architecture and influence decisions on performance, accessibility, and scalability.
- Mentor and support peers: Provide thoughtful code reviews, share expertise, and help foster a strong engineering culture.
Who You Are?
- 7+ years of frontend development experience, with a strong track record of shipping high-quality, user-facing applications.
- Expert-level proficiency in Next.js, React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling.
- Experience working with Headless CMS platforms (preferably Optimizely CMS or Sanity CMS), including data modeling and integration.
- Experience with developing reusable component libraries or design systems is a strong plus.
- Experience with .NET C# is a plus.
- A collaborative approach with excellent communication skills in English and attention to detail.
