If you’re excited to build sleek, high-impact SaaS products, this role is for you. As a Frontend Engineer at Gong, you’ll craft intuitive user experiences, solve interesting technical challenges, and scale our cutting-edge applications to thousands of users. You’ll work side by side with product, design, and engineering teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your work ships quickly and makes a real impact.

• Be a key member of Gong’s Frontend Guild, working alongside talented frontend engineers from across the company
• Build and own high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly frontend features, from idea to production
• Collaborate with product and UX partners from wireframes through implementation
• Take part in architecture huddles and help define how we build for scale and speed
• Keep growing your skills with access to internal workshops, external guest speakers, and dedicated learning time
• Help us turn big product ideas into polished, high-performance SaaS experiences

• A degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 5+ years building modern web applications
• A strong sense of ownership — you care about quality, performance, and user experience
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript and professional experience with React
• Bonus: familiarity with backend languages like Java, Node.js, or C#
• Experience building cloud-based applications that scale
• A solid understanding of design systems and reusable components
• You’re a fast learner, self-motivated, and excited to collaborate in a high-performing team

The annual salary hiring range for this position is $176,000 - $220,000 USD. 

Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some of our sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.
