Our best-in-class studio management software helps businesses sell products, manage classes, and track performance, all while delivering an exceptional user experience.
We’re looking for a Senior/Staff Frontend Engineer with advanced Ember.js expertise and strong React + TypeScript skills to help shape the future of our customer-facing applications and studio management tools. This role goes beyond writing great code: you’ll provide architectural direction, mentor engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Your work will directly impact thousands of fitness enthusiasts and studio owners across the globe.

What You’ll Do
Take ownership of frontend initiatives, driving architecture, implementation, and delivery.
Write clean, performant, maintainable code in Ember.js, React, and TypeScript.
Mentor engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and engineering excellence.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver impactful features.
Contribute to and help evolve our shared component-based design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and scalability.
Lead thoughtful code reviews and set best practices for frontend development.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, helping with project planning and estimation.
Identify and address technical debt while balancing long-term sustainability with product velocity.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience.
Advanced hands-on expertise with Ember.js (Ember Data, Ember CLI, testing strategies, performance optimizations).
Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript, including hooks, state management, and modern component design.
Experience building and scaling large, mature single-page applications.
Proven experience influencing architecture and technical direction.
Strong understanding of accessibility and building inclusive, user-friendly interfaces.
Familiarity with micro-frontend architecture and web components.
Experience with modern build tooling (e.g., Webpack, Vite).
Exposure to internationalization/localization, web APIs (e.g., Web Workers, Push API), and CI/CD practices.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across product, design, and engineering.
Pragmatic mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.
Bonus: Experience with SaaS platforms or customer-facing applications, and/or backend frameworks like Python/Django.
