Project OverviewYou’ll be joining a team responsible for building an intelligent surgical scheduling and coordination platform designed to eliminate workflow friction, improve operating room utilization, and recover lost surgical opportunities. The platform is used by hundreds of hospitals and surgical centers across the U.S., helping optimize patient flow and unlock scarce capacity using predictive analytics and generative AI.
The product focuses on managing surgical cases, scheduling surgeries, coordinating case workflows, and tracking patient documentation. You’ll be working on both frontend and backend components, with a strong emphasis on frontend development.
- 6+ years of experience as a Frontend Engineer with expertise in JavaScript, React and jQuery.
- Familiarity and flexibility with frameworks such as Angular and React.
- Experience with any backend programming language and a willingness to learn and grow into a Full-Stack Engineer role.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and find solutions proactively.
- A passion for learning and developing new skills, especially in backend technologies.
