🧑💻 The RoleWe are hiring a senior frontend engineer to join the Pulley team and help us accelerate our product development. As an early engineer at Pulley, you will get to:
Help construction teams break ground faster
Talk to users, define requirements, and own features end-to-end
Shape the team culture, technology direction and help build the team
Design systems and frameworks to improve the responsiveness, performance and usability of our app
Leverage and develop cutting-edge AI tools to turn unstructured permitting documents and city regulations into delightful experiences.
We are looking for someone who:
Has 7+ years of experience working with React.js and frontend architecture
Is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, willing to work in-person 4 days a week.
Thrives in ambiguity and defines the right problems to solve
Can translate complex customer needs into extensible, scalable product solutions
Enjoys collaborating with designers to meticulously craft great experiences
Architects durable systems while making reasonable tradeoffs
Willing to learn and apply the latest technologies to automate processes
Compensation Range: $170K - $220K
