We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our Manage Tribe, a team responsible for customer interactions, registration, authentication, and ensuring a seamless, secure, and compliant experience for millions of users. The tribe works at the forefront of Superbet’s growth, ensuring fast, reliable, and secure customer journeys while adapting to evolving regulatory requirements.
What you’ll be doing:- Owning the full development lifecycle – from planning and implementation to release and maintenance
- Building and improving customer-facing and back-office experiences using Vue (for the player portal) and React (for internal tools)
- Collaborating cross-functionally with backend, frontend, native (iOS/Android), and QA engineers across squads
- Enhancing the user journey by optimizing login, registration, KYC, validation, and responsible gaming experiences
- Ensuring reliability, security, and compliance while keeping customer friction to a minimum
- Contributing to a high-growth environment – the team has scaled from 500,000 to over 9 million users in just 1.5 years
- 5+ years of frontend development experience with strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
- Expertise in Vue and/or React (we use Vue for the player portal, React for back-office tools)
- A self-starter mentality – we need autonomous engineers who proactively unblock themselves, collaborate across teams, and take initiative
- A customer-first mindset – an understanding of how frontend decisions impact millions of users
- Strong problem-solving skills – ability to navigate complex domains and optimize high-traffic, high-availability systems
- Experience working in high-growth, high-scale environments.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance-related projects.
- Prior experience in user authentication, KYC, or responsible gaming features.
