The new hire will join team, building AI cohost that thinks, learns, and acts like a seasoned hospitality expert, managing entire vacation rental empires while hosts sleep.
In this role, you will:
- Build 's core features using React & Next.js with Cursor IDE and Claude Code as your primary development workflow
- Ship cross-platform applications leveraging Capacitor to deliver seamless web and mobile experiences
- Transform designs into code instantly using Figma MCP integration—no more design handoff delays
- Engineer real-time booking systems with web sockets handling guest communications, pricing updates, and multi-platform synchronization
- Deploy features at breakneck speed using AI-powered development to maintain competitive advantage
- Scale high-performance applications managing millions of bookings and guest interactions
- Maintain enterprise-grade code quality while maximizing AI-assisted development velocity
- 5+ years front-end expertise with 3+ years deep React & Next.js experience
- 2+ years hands-on Capacitor development for production mobile applications
- AI tools are your daily drivers - Cursor IDE, Claude Code, and Figma MCP integrated into every aspect of your workflow
- Demonstrable AI productivity multipliers - You consistently ship complex features in days using AI assistance
- Strong technical foundation in React, Next.js, Capacitor, Tailwind CSS, , Git
- Docker experience for local development setup and deployment
- Battle-tested with high-load systems and complex real-time architectures
- Excellent collaboration skills for hyper-velocity development environments
Non-negotiables:
- Active daily use of Cursor as your primary development environment
- Claude Code integrated for all coding tasks
- Production experience with Figma MCP workflows
- Concrete examples of 5-10x development speed improvements through AI

- You haven't shipped mobile apps with Capacitor
- You prefer traditional development timelines over AI-accelerated delivery
