We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer who combines strong product-thinking with deep engineering expertise. As a key member of the KYB team, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver the best possible experience for our customers. This role is not just about writing code; we are looking for an individual with exceptional vision, ready to lead the team to new levels of performance, tackle challenges proactively, and drive the team's success. You’ll help us protect honest people online by:
- Designing, developing, and testing software applications or systems using JavaScript, TypeScript and React
- Producing high-quality, well-tested code with modern abstractions and frameworks
- Supporting efforts to ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design
- Staying up to date with frontend best practices and tools
- Deepening your understanding of relevant product areas, codebase, and systems
- Demonstrating proficiency in data analysis, programming, and software engineering
- Collaborating with other teams, incorporating and sharing innovations
- Designing systems with scalability, maintainability and product evolution in mind
- Promoting quality, consistency, and alignment with established architectural principles via code reviews
- Identifying and driving changes as needed for codebases, product area, and/or systems
- Independently delivering new features to production as part of an iterative development process.
- A keen interest in leveraging AI to enhance and streamline daily development workflows
You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have:
- Over 5 years of experience building large-scale applications
- Long-term experience in React using JavaScript/TypeScript, readiness to learn about each
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Ownership experience of a specific component, feature, or system
- A proven track record in developing, debugging, and shipping software products on large code bases independently
- The ability to inspire team growth through introducing new standards and to drive change
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field
