Our Senior Frontend Engineer to lead the development of high-performance, scalable, and immersive web and mobile gaming experiences across our global portfolio.
This is not a standard frontend role. You will operate at the intersection of engineering, product, and player experience, building interfaces that directly impact engagement, retention, and monetization across millions of users. We are an AI-forward team; you will be expected to master and utilize modern AI tools—specifically Amazon Q and Claude (Claude Code)—to drastically improve development velocity and automate routine coding tasks, allowing you to focus on high-level architecture and innovation.
What you will do:
- Lead the architecture and development of scalable frontend applications across gaming platforms.
- Maximize Engineering Velocity: Integrate AI-augmented workflows into your daily routine, utilizing Amazon Q for real-time suggestions and Claude / Claude Code for complex refactoring, documentation, and logic generation.
- Build high-quality, performant interfaces using Vue.js (preferred), React, or Angular.
- Optimize applications for speed, performance, and cross-device compatibility.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, backend, and data teams to deliver end-to-end features.
- Drive frontend best practices, code quality, and technical standards across the team.
- Mentor engineers on AI-native development, specifically teaching the team how to prompt and leverage Claude and Amazon Q to reduce technical debt and increase output.
What you bring:
Technical Depth
- Solid understanding of component architecture, state management, and frontend performance optimization.
- AI-Driven Automation: Ability to use AI tools to generate unit tests, boilerplate code, and documentation with high accuracy and minimal supervision.
- Experience working with event-driven architectures and real-time data integrations (e.g., Kafka is a plus).
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred) and modern deployment practices.
Leadership & Impact
- Efficiency Champion: A track record of identifying bottlenecks in the development process and implementing AI-driven solutions to solve them.
- Proven ability to own and drive frontend architecture decisions while maintaining a high bar for code quality in an AI-assisted environment.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in frontend engineering, ideally within high-scale consumer or gaming products.
- AI Tooling Proficiency: Hands-on experience using Amazon Q for IDE integration and Claude (including Claude Code CLI) for advanced problem-solving, code generation, and debugging. You should have a clear philosophy on how AI improves your SDLC.
- Strong proficiency in Vue.js (preferred), React, or Angular.
- Deep understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data flows.
