Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example: Design and deliver robust, scalable frontend solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks in an agile environment
- Architect with intent: Contribute to and evolve frontend architectures with a strong focus on performance, maintainability, and scalability
- Mentor and guide: Support and coach other engineers, promoting strong frontend engineering practices across teams
- Champion quality: Implement testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and performance best practices to ensure reliable, high-quality applications
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with designers, backend engineers, and delivery teams to translate ideas into polished, production-ready solutions
- 5+ years experience building production-ready frontend applications
- Strong modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript skills
- Experience with one or more modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, or similar)
- Solid understanding of frontend architecture, performance, and maintainability
- Experience with testing, CI/CD pipelines, and quality-focused delivery
- Comfortable mentoring others and influencing frontend best practices
- You enjoy owning frontend quality and raising engineering standards
- You work well across design, delivery, and engineering teams
- You balance clean, scalable solutions with practical delivery
- Regulated or enterprise experience is a plus, but strong fundamentals matter most
