Your Mission: As our foundational Frontend Developer, you’ll be the architect of the human-AI partnership. This isn't just about building dashboards; it's about crafting a cognitive experience. You will lead the development of our frontend, turning a sea of complex, multi-domain data into clear, actionable insights. Your work will directly empower SREs to understand, collaborate with, and trust our AI teammate, giving them back time while maintaining control.
Who We're Looking For: A skilled UI Engineer with 5+ years of experience who thrives on complexity and wants to make a massive impact. You’re someone who sees an overwhelming dataset and dreams of elegant visualizations. You’re a master of modern frontend technologies, and you understand that true enterprise-grade software is robust, performant, and intuitive.
Key Technical Skills:
Expert in React and the modern patterns that power high-performance applications.
Deep TypeScript knowledge; you know your way around complex type systems and generics.
Thinks AI First in crafting user experience.
Proven experience with advanced data visualization using libraries like D3.js or WebGL.
Experience with micro-frontend architectures and building scalable, modular systems.
History of creating and maintaining design systems for enterprise applications.
Strong command of modern styling approaches, such as Tailwind CSS or CSS-in-JS.
Experience building sophisticated dashboards and analytics interfaces.
Bonus points for experience with AI/ML interfaces and Explainable AI (XAI).
