The Digital Services team provides e-commerce sellers with a suite of digital tools that automates and optimizes the most challenging aspects of the e-commerce process, allowing users to streamline order fulfillment and manage customer experience across various digital channels and platforms, integrating it with our delivery services to create a hassle-free experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Craft great code, empathize with our users, review pull requests, share your knowledge, and learn together with other team members
- Build, deploy and monitor frontend applications written in React
- Share in our team's technical ownership of backend services with REST and GraphQL APIs
- Coordinate and communicate across teams to integrate services, including with the core data graph platform
Requirements
- 4+ years of industry experience
- Working experience on ReactJS
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Solid understanding of the importance of user experience and user interface elements
- Visual eye for design nuances - ability to accurately interpret designs and fill in the blanks when viewports haven't been explicitly designed
- Good understanding of how the web works - how assets are loaded by browsers, how that affects performance and speed, and how to optimize against those limitations
- Identify project risks and downstream impact of new features
- Solid understanding of computer science and software engineering fundamentals
- Write, clean, understandable code with good test coverage
