Join the P&G Digital Experiences organization and drive the future of our Software Engineering implementations! In your role, you will manage and develop the software solutions used by 100+ IT applications and platforms powering hundreds of digital touchpoints including websites, mobile apps, and custom middleware.
Our eRetails Search team focuses on enabling our brands to monitor and establish eRetail campaigns with best-in-class digital capabilities and platforms. As a Software Engineer on the team, your primary objective is to ensure that our solutions support business needs and are delivered using industry-leading tools and techniques.
Responsibilities
-
Develop, integrate, and maintain cloud-native components written in Python (Flask, fast API) and JS (React) utilizing Azure Web Apps for Containers, Azure Kubernetes Services, Azure Functions etc.

Support DevOps engineer in ensuring proper CI/CD is followed
-
Establish new and contribute to existing standards and best practices across the product development teams and broader software engineering community of practice
Job Qualifications
-
At least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Systems /Industrial Engineering, Business/Management Information Systems or Software Development
-
5+ years of experience in IT systems development/integration
-
Working knowledge of API integration
-
JS development background
-
Problem-solving skills, attention to detail
-
Understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts
-
Ability to effectively communicate in English both in speech and writing
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills including the ability to cooperate with multiple parties and align on priorities

Continuous improvement and growth mindset
Nice to have
-
Experience in maintenance and/or lifecycle management of applications
-
Experience in building and operating Cloud native software
-
Familiarity with advertising campaigns for eRetailers (Amazon, Walmart, etc)

Practical cloud PaaS (web apps, databases), container and/or Kubernetes experience

Knowledge and understanding of the OWASP Top 10 Web Application Security Risks

Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Google Associate Cloud Engineer or higher certifications
