- Experience:
- 6–8 years of software design and development experience
- Strong foundation in computer science, including expertise in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- Technical Skills:
- Frontend Development:
- Proficiency in advanced HTML5, CSS3 (with LESS or SASS), and JavaScript.
- Ability to develop web components using pure HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Expertise in modern JavaScript features (ES6+), including closures, “this” keyword usage, asynchronous programming, and object-oriented programming (OOP).
- Frameworks and Libraries:
- Advanced experience with React.
- Proficient with build tools like Rollup and Webpack.
- Testing and Automation:
- Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Playwright and Jest.
- Knowledge of front-end testing and automation using Java or Node.js.
- Optimization and Cross-Platform Expertise:
- Skilled at crafting optimized and maintainable front-end code.
- Awareness of cross-browser and cross-platform design constraints.
- Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with coding environments like command-line tools and Java IDEs (e.g., Eclipse).
- Solid understanding of AJAX and advanced web front-end technologies.
- Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and scalable web components.
- Identify and implement optimization opportunities in front-end code.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize and distill project requirements.
- Advocate for data-driven decisions and contribute to project direction.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to design constraints.
