What You'll Do:
- Architect scalable front-end systems that seamlessly blend AI capabilities with intuitive user experiences
- Establish technical standards and best practices for our next generation product suite
- Lead cross-functional engineering initiatives, mentoring other engineers while collaborating with product managers and designers
- Design reusable component frameworks that accelerate development and ensure consistency across our platform
- Make critical technical decisions that balance innovation, quality, and delivery timelines while advocating for engineering excellence
- 8+ years of experience building sophisticated SaaS products with demonstrable architectural impact
- Deep expertise in React ecosystem including advanced state management, performance optimization, and architectural patterns
- Proven track record leading architectural decisions for complex projects from conception through implementation at scale
- Strong technical leadership with experience mentoring engineers and elevating team capabilities
- Exceptional technical communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- History of establishing engineering standards that drive quality, maintainability, and team productivity
- Experience integrating AI technologies into front-end applications or enthusiasm for pioneering
