Senior Front-End Engineer (x/f/m)

Your Role

At SellerX, we’re building the next generation of tools that power e-commerce operations at scale. As a Senior Front-End Engineer, you’ll take ownership of the SellerX Portal — our core internal platform used by operations, finance, supply chain, and commercial teams.

This is not a consumer-facing product. Instead, you’ll shape the systems our teams use daily to make high-quality, data-driven decisions — fast. You’ll lead the evolution of the front-end architecture, own critical UI experiences, and collaborate across functions to bring scalable, reliable tools to life.

In this hands-on role, you will:

• Architect and evolve the front-end of the SellerX Portal, built in React

• Build modular, reusable components for high-performance internal tools

• Translate UX and product specs into polished, responsive, accessible UIs

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend engineers on cross-functional features

• Optimize performance and reliability for complex UI workflows

• Contribute to test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and system observability

• Occasionally dip into Python backend code to support seamless end-to-end delivery

What you’ll need to thrive:

• 4+ years of front-end experience with deep expertise in React and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

• Strong architectural thinking and understanding of component design patterns

• Experience building interfaces for complex internal tools or platforms

• Familiarity with state management, build tools (Vite, Yarn), and Git workflows

• Proficiency in writing clean, testable code (e.g. with Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium)

• Ability to collaborate across disciplines and align tech solutions to business needs

• Clear communication and a strong product mindset

Bonus points for:

• Experience with micro frontend or service-based frontend architectures

• Contributions to design systems or large component libraries

• Familiarity with Docker, performance profiling, or CI/CD setup for front-end projects

• Previous work in e-commerce, logistics, or internal operations tooling

• Passion for improving developer experience and shaping engineering best practices
