We are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to join a dedicated team inside Mapon, working on our tachograph data platform - Tachogram. What You’ll Be Working On:You’ll work closely with the tech lead and a cross-functional team of 4 - 6 members - backend and frontend developers, as well as a QA. You’ll play a central role in defining and driving the future of the frontend stack and overall user experience. This isn’t just about shipping tickets - it’s about shaping architecture, guiding standards, and solving meaningful problems for real users.

- Collaboration with back-end developers (understanding back-end logic and finding the best solutions together)
- Git/GitLab
- Translating Figma designs into production-ready interfaces. You’ll implement responsive, accessible UI elements based on Figma mockups using JavaScript, TypeScript, and CSS, sometimes working within existing Laravel Blade templates
- Leading frontend modernization. You’ll drive the technical transition from legacy Blade views to a modern, component-based architecture such as React and Next.js, helping define the direction, tools, and standards for the frontend going forward.
- Guiding frontend architecture, best practices, and documentation. You’ll define and evolve internal coding standards, component patterns, testing approaches, and performance strategies - and ensure this knowledge is captured through clear, up-to-date documentation that supports team-wide alignment and onboarding.
- Supporting and mentoring the team. You’ll help raise the bar across the team through code reviews, coaching, and fostering a strong engineering culture as the team adapts to modern frontend practices.
- Collaborating cross-functionally. You’ll work closely with backend engineers (primarily in Laravel/PHP), product manager, and designer to deliver cohesive, high-quality product experiences, bridging frontend and backend through clear interfaces and shared understanding.
