About the Role:
We need a seasoned engineer ready to own the entire development lifecycle for high-impact Angular platforms. In this role, you’ll drive the design, development, and delivery of innovative solutions seen and used by thousands—possibly millions! You’ll also mentor fellow engineers, contribute to our evolving best practices, and grow your own skills through coaching and collaboration.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Architect, develop, and test advanced web applications with Angular.
- Lead collaborative solutioning and strategy for refactoring and modernizing existing codebases.
- Anticipate challenges, raise concerns early, and set clear expectations with teams and stakeholders.
- Define and manage product features; maintain a holistic view of system architecture.
- Deliver quality software incrementally as a dedicated member of a cross-functional Agile team.
- Shape the engineering culture: mentor junior developers, conduct tech talks, spearhead industry discussions, and contribute to recruitment/interviewing.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years hands-on experience with: Angular (up to v16), Typescript, JavaScript, Node.js, Cypress, Automated Testing (unit/integration), HTML, CSS/SASS/SCSS, Webpack, component libraries, REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
- Successful experience upgrading enterprise applications to Angular 16.
- 2+ years’ experience in a client-facing or consulting environment.
- Strong grasp of the full SDLC, browser performance optimization, and system design—plus ability to learn new tech fast.
- Comfortable delivering solutions at high velocity while maintaining quality.
- Excellent communicator, you can clearly share ideas, challenges, and solutions with tech and business audiences alike.
