About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Fraud Specialist to join our Anti-Fraud System (AFS) Product Lab. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your deep expertise in fraud prevention to drive the development and evolution of cutting-edge AFS solutions for the gaming industry. The ideal candidate is analytical, innovative, and highly collaborative, with a proven track record in both project and product management. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are passionate about building solutions that protect gamers and developers.
Extensive experience in fraud prevention is essential - this is the core of the role. Strong project and product management skills are also required, as you will lead initiatives and collaborate across teams. Experience in fintech is a plus. While coding is not required, you should be comfortable understanding technical and payment architecture, and possess at least basic SQL/Python skills. The ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and lead cross-functional teams will be key to your success in this role. Experience in fintech is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the vision, strategy, and roadmap for fraud prevention within the AFS Product Lab.
  • Lead the ideation, discovery and oversee development of new AFS features and products.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful AFS solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, partner feedback, and fraud patterns to inform AFS product decisions.
  • Define and track key product metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Communicate product plans, progress, and results to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Mentor and support junior product team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar).
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in fraud prevention, with a strong track record of managing and launching successful anti-fraud initiatives, products, or features in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep knowledge of fraud prevention, ideally with experience in user-based AFS (Anti-Fraud System) solutions.
  • Strong product/project management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand technical and payment architecture (coding skills not required).
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering and data science.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to fraud prevention and data privacy.
  • Experience in fintech or gaming industry is a plus.
  • At least basic SQL or Python skills are required; more advanced skills are a plus.
  • Fluent in English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the gaming industry or with payment solutions.
  • Knowledge of machine learning or AI-driven fraud detection.
  • Previous experience in a startup or innovation lab environment.
  • Additional European language skills.
