This role will be seated in our Minneapolis, MN or Birmingham, AL office.
Model key assumptions for new market entry, including labor availability, driver acquisition needs, driver wage expectations, and service times.
Create business cases for new capabilities, highlighting strategic and financial value to ensure an acceptable return.
Conduct benchmarking of operational and financial results across product lines, markets, and competitors.
Be a trusted advisor to business partners, highlighting opportunities for process improvement.
Develop and present annual goal and quarterly forecasts to program stakeholders and finance leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business; Graduate degree preferred
6+ years of experience in accounting, data analytics, and/or corporate finance
Strong communicator with proven ability to communicate across functions and departments
Entrepreneurial spirit and strong analytical, decision making, project management, planning and organizational skills
Ability to lead core processes across a hybrid team
Comfort navigating ambiguity and complex financial data

Other compensation includes eligibility for an annual bonus and the potential for restricted stock units based on role.

All other locations:
$73,000-$147,000Please note that the salary range above is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
