About the Role:
The Senior FP&A Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning,
budgeting, and forecasting processes. This position is responsible for analyzing
financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to assist in strategic decision-
making.
What you will Do:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
o Assist in developing and managing financial models, budgets, and forecasts.
o Conduct variance analysis to compare actual financial performance against
budget and forecast expectations.
o Prepare financial reports and dashboards to present insights to management.
o Support business decision-making through data-driven financial analysis.
o Collaborate with various departments to gather data and provide financial
insights.
o Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance financial performance.
o Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and scenario analyses.
o Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.
About You:
o Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
o 6+ years of related experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or corporate
finance.
o Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Ability to communicate financial insights effectively to non-financial
stakeholders.
o Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
o Knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
