As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a vital role in driving financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making and contribute to our continued growth. What you will do:
- Oversee the variance analysis process (monthly, quarterly, annually)
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Manage the relationship with various departments to gather financial data and insights.
- Partner with various department leaders to support their business operations.
- Support the development and improvement of financial models.
- Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred) or finance.
- Know how to ask the right questions.
- Strong understanding of data-structuring and how to analyze large datasets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proactive approach and ownership mentality.
