We have an excellent opportunity available for a Senior FP&A Analyst to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The role of the Senior FP&A Analyst lies within the East region (Poland, Middle East & Africa, Eastern Europe, Turkey, Russia). You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. Get ready for a lot of interactions with several stakeholders in the markets as well as exposure to the leadership team. A very dynamic and fast-moving environment incorporating a 360 view of the business.
Main Responsibilities
- Month-end and Forecast Result analysis / consolidation using our internal ERP and Financial tools.
- Ownership over all processes related to Foreign Currency (Month-end, Forecasts, Budget, Strat Plan), including reviews with Countries' leadership and alignments with World HQ.
- Presentation preparation for Monthly Performance Reviews with Internal Stakeholders & Zone Leadership. High exposure by helping to drive business visibility.
- Responsible for providing visibility on COGS evolution to Commercial stakeholders.
- Stakeholder communication & management with leadership of our different functions (Commercial, Ops, East) as well as West & East Emerging Markets (WEEM) Leadership Team.
- Act as a key business partner for Business Units, be the bridge between the zone and the countries & find opportunities for improvement and simplification.
Desired skills and experience
- Minimum a bachelor's degree in business administration / engineering / economics.
- 2-3 years of experience in a Finance role, FMCG experience.
- Strong analytical and continuous improvement mindset.
- Sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Data management skills required office package and especially with advanced excel skills (confident dealing with large databases - pivot - basic automation).
- Obsessed with details and accuracy.
- Logical thinking to simplify complexity and bring solutions to business.
- Ability to communicate in a simple manner and manage interactions with many stakeholders.
