Senior FP&A Manager (w/m/o)
We are looking for a Senior FP&A Manager (w/m/o) to strengthen our very capable Finance Team in Germany in the heart of Berlin.
What Would Be Your Main Responsibilities:
- Actively manage month-end closing & reporting activities by partnering with the accounting team
- Leading the planning & forecasting financial cycles
- Preparing monthly business reviews for the local & regional management
- Become the finance partner to our commercial leaders in Germany
- Actively collaborate with our Analytics team to further our digitization initiative
- Participate in the designing and implementation of internal financial controls
- Provide various kinds of financial analysis in a clear & concise manner to our non-finance colleagues

We Need You To Have:
- Degree in Business Administration/Economics/Finance/Accounting
- 5+ years of professional experience in areas of controlling (FP&A)/audit/accounting in fast paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office, advanced user of Excel, experience with business intelligence tools & AI tools (Tableau, QlikView, Alteryx, PowerBI, Copilot) is highly desirable
- International experience is a big plus
- Fluency in English (fluency in German is nice to have)
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, dynamic, high pressure environment
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate the message precisely & concisely
- Growth mindset with positive, energetic can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and be accountable for the work performed
