As a rapidly growing organization, we are looking for a Sr Analyst, FP&A to support our month-end reporting cycle, build the analytics that inform operational decisions and support integration of new practices onto our finance platform. The Sr Analyst, FP&A is a core member of Vitana's finance team, working at the intersection of accounting and operations. The role has direct exposure to practice operators and finance leadership. The right person is nimble, agile and able to distill & synthesize information from multiple sources. This role will report to the Manager, FP&A and Corp. Development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Month-End Close & Reporting - Partner with the accounting and finance team to ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end close, prepare and review practice-level P&Ls and explain variances against budget, forecast and prior periods
- Practice Analytics & Performance Reporting - Prepare practice analytics, KPIs, and performance overview slides that translate financial data into actionable insights
- New Practice Integration – Support the integration of newly acquired practices onto the Vitana finance platform, standardizing reporting routines and building repeatable playbooks that make each integration more efficient than the last
- Value Creation & Ad Hoc Projects - Build analyses that drive practice value and surface synergies across the platform
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- 2+ years of accounting/finance experience
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Analytical and attention to detail
- Experience with Sage Intacct, NetSuite or Quickbooks is a plus, but not required
