The primary objectives and responsibilities of the role include:

  • ARR Reporting Ownership: Own end-to-end Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) reporting, including monthly reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with Sales Ops, RevOps, and Accounting to ensure the accuracy and consistency of ARR data across systems.
  • Drivers Analysis: Analyze key drivers of ARR performance (new logo, expansion, contraction, churn, and FX impacts) and clearly communicate trends versus plan and prior periods.
  • Model Enhancement: Maintain and enhance ARR models and reporting tools to drive reporting efficiency, accuracy, and automation.
  • ERP Optimization: Leverage NetSuite and other key data sources to extract, validate, and reconcile financial data.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies across ARR reporting, financials, and operational metrics.
  • Stakeholder Deliverables: Build and maintain high-quality reporting packages for internal leadership, board members, and private equity partners with clear, actionable insights.

What you’ll bring to the table:

We are looking for individuals who bring high standards of accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in FP&A or financial reporting is critical to success
  • Strong advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience working within a multinational environment would be highly advantageous.
  • PowerBI or advanced data visualization tool skills.
  • Hands-on experience working with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite.

Skills Required
