Job Description
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of ambiguity. This role requires a proactive professional who can collaborate across departments, gather essential data, and provide insightful financial reporting and analysis to support strategic business decisions
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and maintain financial reports, including P&L statements, budgets, cost analysis, CAPEX reports, FCF tracking, and savings analysis
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by corporate and business stakeholders
- Utilize Excel/Google Sheets at an advanced level to automate reports, analyze data, and create dynamic financial models
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather necessary financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Ensure financial reports align with US GAAP and IFRS standards
- Monitor and assess business performance metrics, providing recommendations based on financial insights
- Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and forecasting processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or financial reporting roles
- Strong knowledge of P&L statements, cost structures, budgeting, and financial analysis
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data visualization
- Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) is preferred
- Basic knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles
