We're looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team and act as a true business partner across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You'll own the SaaS metrics that drive the business, build the models leadership relies on, and turn messy data into clear, decision-ready insight. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role: you'll operate with minimal oversight, own deliverables end-to-end, and be trusted to take board and executive materials all the way from raw data to final slide.

What You'll Do
- Own core SaaS metrics: ARR/CARR, NRR, GRR, churn, expansion, magic number, CAC, LTV, payback, Rule of 40
- Build financial models, ARR/CARR waterfalls, and scenario analyses
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS on pipeline, funnel, retention, and forecasting
- Lead budgeting/forecasting cycles; track actuals vs. plan with variance commentary
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Build board and exec materials; validate source data before it reaches a deck
- 5+ years FP&A or finance, ideally B2B SaaS
- Deep SaaS metrics fluency
- Advanced Excel/Sheets and SQL;
- Board-quality storytelling and strong data-quality instinct
- Sharp, structured thinker; strong English; comfortable with ambiguity
Skills Required
- 5+ years FP&A or finance experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Deep fluency with SaaS metrics (ARR/CARR, NRR, GRR, churn, expansion, CAC, LTV, payback, Rule of 40, magic number)
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Proficiency with SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Board-quality storytelling and strong data-quality instincts
- Strong structured thinking, written English, and comfort with ambiguity
