Job DescriptionBasic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience); advanced degree preferred.
- 14+ years of software engineering and technical leadership experience, including ownership of production systems and large-scale delivery initiatives.
- Experience working in financial services or other regulated industries is a plus.
- Strong understanding of modern AI application patterns, including:
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Semantic search
- Agent-based systems
- Hands-on experience building backend services, APIs, and scalable production systems.
- Ability to operate across architecture, data, and platform layers.
