As a Flutter developer, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality mobile solutions across diverse industries, from finance and e-commerce to healthcare and navigation. You’ll collaborate closely in a cross-functional team to bring ideas to life and develop features the way you think is best.
Your responsibilities:- Build cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter, with a focus on performance, accessibility, and user experience
- Work collaboratively with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to define and deliver thoughtful, user-centered features
- Contribute to system architecture and technical planning across the front end and back end
- Ensure seamless integration between mobile applications and cloud-based services
- Continuously improve performance, accessibility, and reliability across the stack
- Actively participate in sprint planning, peer reviews, and team-wide knowledge sharing

- Experience developing mobile apps with Flutter and native in a commercial or production environment
- Understanding of mobile-first architecture and how to build scalable systems
- Exposure to modern development practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, and agile ways of working

- Improve performance and ensure apps run smoothly and efficiently.
- Work in an agile, collaborative environment with a high degree of autonomy.
- Actively contribute to shaping the backlog, as we believe the development team should influence what comes next.

- Good communication skills in English (Dutch is a bonus, but not required).
