Title: Senior Firmware Design Verification Engineer
Location: Onsite. Our offices are in San José, Montes de Oca, San Pedro.

Hours: Minimum 40 Hours/Week 
Responsibilities 

• Define verification requirements, create test cases, design, and implement the testing infrastructure, execute the testing, and report the results.
• Define firmware verification methodologies for each of the different systems by working with researchers, architects, and the design teams.
• Perform development and verification for data bus protocol implementation and drivers.
• Keep track of coverage metrics and bugs encountered and fixed.
• Support system bring- up and debug activities.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in firmware/software development and verification.
• 4 + years of experience in C/C++.
• Experience with embedded Linux, Kernel or RTOS-based or bare metal system.
• Experience with peripherals such as USB, SPI, MIPI CSI/DSI, I2C, UART, GPIO etc.
• Experience with Linux and Android OS framework/SDKs.
• Experience with code versioning and management such as Git.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Education: B.S./M.S. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
