You’ll be joining our Corporate Systems support team to develop, maintain and support to PROD Cash Accounts reconciliation US Wallet project related processes; BlackLine accounts reconciliation and matching system, IntelliMatch (FIS) application and other applicable corporate financial systems.  Your role will be crucial in developing application functionalities to accommodate new business requirements and geographical expansion, administer security to various settlement and financial systems, support the critical month end close process for Western Union financials.
 

Role Responsibilities

  • Engages directly in the practical setup and configuration of IntelliMatch systems, working hands-on configurating back and front end of the application including but not limited to users, accounts, auto matching rules setup etc.

  • Work within the day-to-day BAU support, month-end close, projects and enhancements delivery analyzing requirements and contributing to system solutions that improve business processes through simplification and automation.

  • Help to ensure that business requirements and challenges are fully understood, translated, documented, and communicated effectively.

  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of system documentation, developing skills in recording accurate system settings and modifications.

  • Actively participate in the deployment of static data setups across various environments, including development, testing, and production.

  • Facilitate and lead meetings with project stakeholders, effectively communicating updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment on project objectives and deliverables, presents findings and system updates to a diverse audience, including technical teams and business partners.
     

Role Requirements

  • Academic background including qualifications (or equivalence in experience) in Business Administrations / Economics / Systems / Mathematics / Statistics / Process or Industrial Engineering or similar.

  • Experience in business process mapping, project requirements definition, and data analysis, although candidates with other relevant experience will be considered.

  • Experience in working with Oracle EBS financial system, IntelliMatch, BlackLine or other reconciliation tools.

  • Exposure to Excel Macros creation.

  • SQL knowledge and skills.

  • Accuracy, detail orientation and proactive attitude.

  • Ability to multitask, work accurately and independently.

  • An effective communicator, you will need to be able to collaborate with multiple teams and individuals in English.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 2325 – 3525 euro. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
