Job DescriptionReady to turn financial data into meaningful business insight? We’re looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to deliver reporting, forecasting and planning processes that support confident decision-making across the business.
The Finance Systems team manages the delivery of budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles. This function ensures financial reporting remains accurate, timely, and provides the deep insights required to drive business performance.
This role acts as a key partner to Finance Business Partners, supporting validated inputs, robust analysis, and automated reporting solutions. The successful candidate transforms complex financial data into actionable insights, driving continuous improvement across planning and reporting processes.
This role is eligible for inclusion in our hybrid work from home policy.
Qualifications- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Expertise in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and reconciliation processes
- Experience developing and maintaining automated reporting solutions
- Aptitude for learning finance systems, planning tools and reporting solution configuration
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including modelling, macros and Power Query
- Organisational skills to manage multiple workstreams and strict deadlines
- Stakeholder management skills to partner with Finance Business Partners and influence at all levels
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Support planning cycles, including budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning, ensuring inputs are validated and timelines are met
- Ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and maintain reporting templates to support the wider Finance function
- Partner with Finance Business Partners to provide the data, analysis and support required to drive business performance
- Refine planning and reporting processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual intervention and strengthen output quality
- Develop automated reporting solutions to improve the consistency, accuracy and timeliness of reporting outputs
- Transform complex financial data sets into actionable insight to support decision making and business performance
